Mattress policy – 50 Nights Exchange or Return
That’s why we offer you a generous 50-night trial period from the delivery date to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your bed or mattress doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll arrange a pickup and exchange it for a more suitable option minus £120 delivery charge. It’s important to note your hygiene packaging bag must be intact to ensure we can process any exchanges.

It’s important to note that as our bed frames are bespoke items these personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All returns and exchanges must be undamaged, unmarked and unstained.
