How long does delivery take?
Made to order in our British factory in four to six weeks. White-glove two-person delivery, assembly in your bedroom, packaging removed. Some stocked items dispatch within the week.
What mattress weight does the ottoman support?
SATRA tested to 250kg load rating. Comfortably supports natural mattresses up to 60kg. The mechanism lifts a fifty kilo mattress with one hand, smoothly, repeatedly, for the full fifteen years of the guarantee.
What does the fifteen-year guarantee actually cover?
Structural defects in the frame, joints, mechanism and base. Written in plain English with no sleep-through exclusions. We replace or repair, your choice. The guarantee is transferable if you move house.
Can I order a bespoke size or fabric?
Yes. Bespoke dimensions, your own fabric (COM) and headboard variations are all available. Lead time is six weeks for bespoke orders. No minimum order quantity, no surcharge for COM fabric on most ranges.
Are the gas struts replaceable?
Yes. German-engineered, standard fitting, replaceable for life. We hold spares in stock and replacement is a five-minute job. No proprietary parts that lock you in.
