Before you order
How long will my mattress take?
Every mattress is made to order in our British workshop and takes 13 working days. You'll see the lead time on each mattress before you order.
Do I need to turn it?
All our mattresses are single sided, so there is no flipping. Rotating it head to foot every few months helps it wear evenly.
We like different firmnesses. What can we do?
Choose Zip and Link on King size and above. You get two mattresses in different firmnesses, zipped together into one bed.
Can you make a size that isn't listed?
Yes. Choose Custom Size on any mattress and send us your measurements.
What if it's not right?
Every mattress carries our 90-Night Comfort Exchange. If the feel isn't right, exchange it for a different one.
