The whole experience was easy from start to finish I was advised on firmness grades to match my old mattress which was 14 years old made by the same company so knew it would be top quality. Delivery was good and able to track on delivery day. Guys were great unpacked and took away packing. It was quite firm to start but now enjoy supported comfortable sleeping .
