About the Bourg
A long, plain, upholstered storage box. The quieter sibling to the Albury.
The Bourg sits low and flat to the floor, fully upholstered on every side, with a clean unbuttoned lid that lifts on gas-assisted hinges to reveal proper full-length storage inside. No piping, no buttoning, no studs. Just a soft rectangular shape that doesn't compete with the bed.
If you've been looking at the Albury and want the same idea without the buttoning, the Bourg is it. Same hand-upholstery, same workshop, just a cleaner, calmer surface.
It works at the foot of the bed for blankets, spare bedding and seasonal clothes. It works in a hallway as a bench. It works at the end of a sofa, under a window, anywhere a long low piece can sit without making the room feel busier.

Cut from the same roll as your bed
Fabric is dyed in batches. Two rolls of the same cloth, dyed months apart, are close but not the same. Order the Bourg with your bed and our cutter nests both on one roll, in the colour you chose above.

- Not a bed base or a step. It is a storage box with a lid, not a load bearing platform.

The Bourg is made to order and takes 45 days. Ordered with a bed, it is built alongside it and delivered together.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, and we collect.
Collection for a change of mind return costs £180.

Hold the cloth first
Order swatches and they arrive in a few days. Put them on the bedroom floor in your own light and decide then. There is no limit on how many you order.
