Extras & essentials
A compact upholstered storage box with lightly buttoned lid. The Mozart, smaller and softer than the Chesterfield.
The Mozart is the most compact ottoman in the range. The lid is lightly diamond-buttoned, finished with a fabric pull-tab in the centre, sitting above plain upholstered sides. The whole piece raises on turned dark wood legs at every corner. The proportions are sized for a double bed or a smaller bedroom, where the longer Chesterfield Ottoman or Farrow would dominate.
If you've been comparing the Mozart to the Chesterfield Ottoman, this is the difference. Chesterfield is the standard size with deep buttoning. Mozart is the smaller version with lighter buttoning. Less formal, easier to place in tighter rooms.
It works at the foot of a smaller bed, in a hallway as a bench, or at the end of a sofa for spare pillows. The lid lifts to proper full storage inside.
Hand-upholstered in Britain by the same makers who build our beds. Solid timber frame inside, lightly buttoned top, turned dark wood legs.
If you'd rather feel the fabric before you commit, send for swatches first.
