Holds its height
Shredded foam recovers overnight rather than compacting into a flat pad by month three.

What is inside
Three parts, in the order you meet them.
Nothing here is sealed shut. Every layer comes out, and the lower layer opens.

The cover
A knitted polyester cover with copper fibre woven through it rather than applied as a finish, so it does not wash out. Soft, quiet, and comfortable directly against skin.

The upper layer
The fibre side of the blend. This is the part your face meets, and it is what stops a memory foam pillow feeling like a block.

The lower layer
Shredded memory foam mixed with fibre, roughly four parts foam to one part fibre. Shredded rather than moulded means air moves through it and it holds height without going hard. The zip opens so you can take fill out.

A pillow needs about a fortnight before your neck stops noticing it. Sleep on the Elixir for at least fourteen nights and adjust it as you go. If it is still not right by night thirty, send it back for a full refund, or exchange it for another pillow in the Lumna range and we will help you choose.

I have bought pillows before and they are all in the cupboard
Most pillows are one height, and you either fit them or you do not. This one has two layers and a zip, so you change the pillow to fit you rather than the other way round. If it still does not work after thirty nights you get your money back, rather than another cupboard pillow.
Is memory foam going to make me hot?
Solid foam does. Shredded foam moves air, and the fibre in the blend keeps the surface from sealing against your face. It is not a cooling pillow and we will not sell it as one, but it does not trap heat the way a moulded foam pillow can.
How firm is medium soft?
It gives when you press it and comes back slowly. Softer than the Orthopedic, firmer than the Hybrid Elixir. If you sleep on a fibre pillow now and want more support without a big change, this is the one.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Inner layers at 30°C, separately from the cover, then a low tumble dry with dryer balls.
