The Montague Pillow Top Medium

The middle of our three Pillow Top mattresses. Hotel-bed comfort on the surface, the most universal support tension underneath.

The Montague gives you the same deep cushioned pillow top construction as the Mayfair, with significantly more support underneath. Underneath the stitched-on pillow top is a base of 4,158 individually pocketed springs, almost double the Mayfair, packed tightly enough to hold the body level whatever position you sleep in.

This is the tier we'd suggest to anyone who doesn't already know they want a soft or firm bed but wants the hotel feel. Back sleepers, front sleepers, mixed-position sleepers, couples with different preferences. Medium is medium because it works for most people, and the pillow top construction means even a medium tension still feels cushioned at the surface.

If you're choosing across the three Pillow Top tiers, this is the call. Mayfair is the soft, deepest cushion. Montague is the medium, more support without losing the cushioned top. Wexford is the firm, the heaviest support layer. Same pillow top character throughout, three different tensions.
