It’s important to note your hygiene packaging bag must be intact to ensure we can process any exchanges.

It’s important to note that as our bed frames are bespoke items these personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All returns and exchanges must be undamaged, unmarked and unstained.
