We understand the importance of your sleep quality, and we don't want you to lose any rest over choosing the perfect bed or mattress.

Mattress policy: 90 Nights Exchange or Return

You have 90 nights from the delivery date to be sure. If your mattress is not right, we will arrange a pickup and either exchange it for a more suitable feel or arrange a return. The mattress must be clean, unmarked and unstained, so we recommend using a mattress protector from the first night. Collection charges vary by product and are shown on each product page.

Bed Frames

It is important to note that as our bed frames are bespoke items these personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All returns and exchanges must be undamaged, unmarked and unstained.
