Our beds are made by hand, in our own facility, by craftspeople who have been doing this for decades. Here’s what that actually looks like.



The Frame

Every Sleep Co frame starts with FSC-certified solid hardwood. We cut, joint and assemble each frame by hand before a single piece of fabric is applied. The frame is what a 15-year guarantee is built on.

The Upholstery

Our upholsterers have spent years learning to pull fabric without creases, align patterns without waste, and tack corners without shortcuts. This is not a skill you train in a week.

The Finish

Every completed bed is inspected before it leaves the factory. Gas pistons are set. Slat spacing is checked. Fabric tension is reviewed. It goes out right or it does not go out.
