The headboard is shaped with a gently curved top edge that scoops down toward the centre and rises at the corners, framed by a soft cushioned border that wraps around a deep diamond-buttoned panel inside. The buttoning is set into a tightly stuffed cushion area, the border around it is plump and plain, and the contrast between the two is what gives this bed its signature look. The footboard is low and rolled, the legs slim, tapered and tipped in a pale metallic finish.
